Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Yarm Head Spa, I value your time and my commitment to providing a relaxing experience for all clients. To ensure smooth scheduling, please review our cancellation policy:

Booking Deposit

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 36 hours' notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • I require at least 36 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Appointment cancelled with less than 36 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients as I may not always be able to accommodate.
  • If I cannot accommodate your late arrival, the cancellation policy will apply.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • You can cancel or reschedule via Fresha, phone, or direct message.
